When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, including your name, email, phone number, business name, service interests, budget, timeline and message. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss your goals, prepare quotations, manage projects and keep relevant business records. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Services that handle information

Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our Gmail business inbox. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for operation, security and spam prevention. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled through WhatsApp. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics. The project-help feature may temporarily store an unsent message in your browser session so it can appear in the contact form. Downloading a project brief creates a file on your device; it does not send the brief to us. Opening WhatsApp prepares a message for you to review and send. External services operate under their own privacy notices.

Sharing and retention

We share information with service providers as needed to handle inquiries and deliver agreed work, and where required by law. We retain records only as needed to respond to inquiries, manage client relationships and meet applicable accounting, legal or dispute-related obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the purpose for keeping it.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or stop further contact, by emailing hahumarketinginfo@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Working with hahumarketing

These terms explain our general project process for website design, branding, content and digital marketing services. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or create a paid engagement. Work begins after both parties approve a written quotation or service agreement and any agreed initial payment is received. The signed project agreement controls if it differs from this page.

Scope, schedule and approvals

Your quotation identifies deliverables, platforms, page or post counts, responsibilities, milestones and exclusions. You provide accurate business information, timely feedback and content you have permission to use. Timelines depend on receiving the required materials, access and approvals. Additional requirements or a change in direction receive a separate estimate before work proceeds.

Pricing and payment

Starter websites are ETB 95,000 and Business websites are ETB 130,000 for the listed package scope. Advanced websites, branding and digital marketing are quoted individually. Essential care is ETB 10,000 per month; Business care is ETB 20,000 per month. Your agreement states the final total, invoice currency, payment stages, applicable taxes, conversion basis and fees. Domain registration, hosting, premium tools and advertising spend are separate unless expressly included. This website does not collect payments.

Revisions and delivery

Starter includes one consolidated revision round and Business includes two, within the agreed scope. A revision round is one combined set of feedback on the presented work. New functionality, extra pages or a new design direction are separately quoted. We review the agreed deliverables with you before launch; your agreement identifies acceptance checks, any correction period and handover materials.

Content, ownership and accounts

You retain ownership of materials you supply and are responsible for their accuracy and permissions. On payment of the agreed project fees, we hand over the final custom deliverables and usage rights specified in your agreement. Fonts, stock assets, software and third-party services remain subject to their own licenses. Domain, hosting and advertising accounts should be held in your business name. Sharing your project publicly as client work requires your permission.

Marketing campaigns

Social media and advertising work follows an agreed content plan, approval process and budget. You approve claims, offers and campaign materials before publication. Advertising spend is separate from service fees. Platforms control ad approval, account availability and distribution. We do not guarantee particular rankings, follower counts, leads or sales. Reporting covers the measures and tracking agreed for your campaign.

Maintenance and third-party services

Care plans are optional and cover the tasks and monthly hours listed on the pricing page. The agreement sets scheduling, response arrangements, unused hours and cancellation notice. New features, campaign management and third-party renewals are separate unless included. Hosting, email, social networks and other providers have their own charges, availability and terms; platform outages and policy changes may affect delivery.

Pausing or ending a project

Contact us in writing if you need to pause or cancel. We review completed work, approved commitments, amounts paid and remaining deliverables under your agreement. Any payment due, refund or handover is determined by the agreed cancellation terms and applicable law. Changes to ongoing service are confirmed in writing.
